Lucas Witt with MWM Consulting addressed the RCIDA Board of Directors Tuesday, along with his associate Elizabeth Carter, Project Manager for MWM Consulting. Last month the board hired MWM Consulting to guide the RCIDA in the capacity of director for the board.  

Lucas has a successful track record working at the Kentucky Cabinet for Economic Development before becoming a founding partner of MWM Consulting. They are a full-service management consulting firm specializing in commercial real estate, site selection, and location analysis, and tax incentive negotiation services for new and existing businesses.
